About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the team at the brand-new Clé de Peau Beauté Boutique at Chadstone, opening soon.

We are looking for permanent Beauty Therapists, who will be instrumental in delivering Clé de Peau Beauté's renowned Japanese philosophy of Omotenashi—anticipating every client's needs and providing an exceptional luxury experience through personalised skincare consultations and professional facial treatments.

Working within a beautifully designed boutique environment, you will combine your technical beauty therapy expertise with luxury retail excellence, helping clients discover bespoke skincare solutions while building lasting client relationships.

Alongside the Boutique Manager, Assistant Manager and casual sales team, this is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding team and help establish Australia's newest Clé de Peau Beauté boutique.

About You

You are passionate about skincare and delivering exceptional client experiences. You thrive in luxury environments where personalised service and attention to detail are paramount.

You enjoy creating meaningful client relationships and take pride in helping every client achieve visible results and confidence through expert skincare advice and treatments.

You are professional, motivated and genuinely passionate about providing an elevated experience that reflects the prestige of the Clé de Peau Beauté brand.

Candidates with backgrounds in luxury spas, dermal clinics, premium skincare clinics or professional makeup artistry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury facial treatments in line with Clé de Peau Beauté treatment protocols.
• Conduct personalised skincare consultations and prescribe tailored skincare routines.
• Educate clients on Clé de Peau Beauté's advanced skincare technologies and product collections.
• Create memorable client experiences that embody the Japanese philosophy of Omotenashi.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with the boutique team to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Maintain impeccable treatment room presentation and hygiene standards.
• Participate in boutique events, VIP experiences and new product launches.
• Represent Clé de Peau Beauté as a passionate and knowledgeable brand ambassador.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will

• Hold a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent recognised qualification).
• Have previous experience as a Beauty Therapist within a luxury spa, premium skincare clinic, salon or luxury retail environment.
• Have strong facial treatment experience and confidence performing personalised skincare services.
• Experience in luxury beauty retail, premium skincare or department stores will be highly regarded.
• Have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for skincare and delivering luxury client experiences.
• Be a collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
