An essential team player in the organization, Beauty Therapists are the heart and soul of the company. You will be responsible for performing facial treatment services using medical-grade equipment and recommending the right skincare to each client. Training will be provided to ensure you always adhere to the world-class standard of performance. We are looking for teammates who care about clients' skin and genuinely want to help each client achieve their ideal skin condition. We are looking for someone who is sincere, service-oriented, and has a lovely disposition.

Responsibilities:

• Being an ambassador of Porcelain
• Perform facial treatment services according to standards set by the company, training provided.
• Assess clients needs and provide professional advice.
• Recommend, educate, and promote suitable treatments and products to clients.
• Actively participate in sales initiatives and meeting sales targets.
• Always ensure the clients satisfaction and comfort.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness & neatness of workstations.
• Assist in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment supplies.
• Provide administrative support in terms of customer care, including scheduling appointments, and maintaining accuracy in customers treatment logs and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.

Requirements:

• Possess CIBTAC / CIDESCO / ITEC qualification or other Beauty Certificates
• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty therapy
• Dedicated and Strong willingness to learn.
• High-level of initiative and motivated to drive sales.
• Exhibits the right values toward customers.
• Able to communicate and listen well.
• Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition
• Bilingualism is a plus.
• Open to Singaporean/SPR only due to limited WP.
