As a member of our family-run company, you will inspire our international customers with your excellent product knowledge, expert advice, and warm hospitality. As a Beauty Consultant in our Heinemann Duty Free Shop, you will

• approach travelers proactively, openly, and with a smile, identify their needs, and inspire them with our high-quality product ranges to drive sales for the brand you represent
• ensure perfect product presentation with passion and attention to detail, turning every purchase into an unforgettable shopping experience through your dedicated advice and attentive service
• turn travelers into loyal customers by convincing them of Heinemann and our customer program
• be responsible for the correct and careful handling of checkout processes
• regularly participate in product trainings to continuously expand your expertise in our assortments and to know tomorrow’s trends today
• live our Heinemann culture, contribute personally and professionally to your team, share your knowledge, and drive collective success

Preferred Profile

• Practical experience in sales or a customer-oriented environment, product knowledge in the field of perfume & cosmetics, and ideally experience with luxury brands
• Very good German and English skills, ideally complemented by another foreign language
• Genuine enjoyment in interacting with customers and colleagues of diverse nationalities, a natural service orientation, and a talent for creating unforgettable shopping moments
• A strong team-player mentality as well as strengths in communication and sales – especially the ability to understand and meet customer needs through active listening
• A clear focus on achieving your goals – even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment – and an awareness of your own scope for independent action
• high scheduling flexibility regarding early, late, and weekend shifts
