BEAUTY ADVISOR ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
CHANEL is looking for a Beauty Advisor (BA) Engagement Specialist to join the Fragrance & Beauty Learning Department for Benelux & Scandinavia, based in Brussels. In this role, you will strengthen the engagement of our wholesale Beauty Advisor community by creating impactful learning moments, coordinating events and activations, and ensuring a consistent, inspiring CHANEL experience across markets.
You will be part of the European Learning Community and work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Learning and Retail partners. Reporting to the Wholesale Learning Manager, you will contribute to the development and execution of engagement initiatives that inspire, connect and elevate our Beauty Advisors.
This position requires a strong project mindset, excellent organisational skills and the ability to translate brand priorities into engaging learning experiences. You will thrive in a fast-moving, international environment where collaboration, creativity and operational excellence are essential.
