A highly enticipated, celebrity-driven make-up & skincare brand is coming to Brussels — and we're building the team for its upcoming launch!

For this exciting new beauty launch, ColorCrew is looking for talented, energetic and beauty-loving Beauty Advisors to join our Brussels talent pool.

We're looking for people who understand beauty, love connecting with customers and know how to turn a store visit into a memorable brand experience.

What will you do?

As a Beauty Advisor, you'll become one of the faces of this exciting new brand during its launch in Brussels. You will:

• Welcome and proactively approach customers
• Introduce them to the brand, its story and products
• Advise customers on both make-up and skincare
• Demonstrate products and help customers discover their favourites
• Create an engaging, premium and energetic customer experience
• Represent the brand according to its look, feel and values

Who are we looking for?

You're passionate about beauty, make-up and skincare and feel comfortable approaching and advising customers.

Ideally, you already have experience as a Beauty Advisor, Make-up Artist, Skincare Advisor, Brand Ambassador or beauty retail professional.

Most importantly, you are:

• Confident, outgoing and customer-focused
• Passionate and knowledgeable about beauty
• Well-groomed and representative
• Commercially minded and comfortable recommending products
• Reliable, professional and a real team player
• Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus.

Availability

The launch is planned for the end of September in Brussels, with 9 consecutive activation days.

Availability during this full launch period is very important and candidates who are available for all 9 days will be strongly preferred.

After the launch, there may also be opportunities to work on future shifts and activations as part of our Brussels beauty talent pool.
