Costaterra is a private members only residential community in Comporta – Portugal. It combines luxury living with top-tier hospitality, offering incredible dining, a world-class golf course, spa services, outdoor pursuits, and immersive local experiences.

We are looking for a talented Beautician to join our team! In this role you’ll help with the daily operations of our salon, providing services such as hair care, nail care, and beauty treatments. You’ll also support reception tasks, reservations, and maintain a welcoming environment for our members and guests.

What you will do?

• Deliver high‑quality beauty, nail, and esthetic services that meet our standards and exceed member expectations.
• Set up and maintain treatment rooms and salon areas, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and sufficient supplies.
• Welcome members and guests, offer amenities, and provide exceptional service from arrival to departure.
• Support reservations, product usage tracking, and service recommendations.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Stay updated on beauty and nail therapy techniques and follow company guidelines and procedures.
• Promote and upsell services, products, and wellness experiences.
• Assist with occasional additional tasks, training, and departmental needs.

What are we looking for?

• A qualified beautician/esthetician with 3+ years of experience in luxury spas, salons, or wellness clubs.
• Strong skills in beauty therapy, nail care, skincare, and anatomy/physiology.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
• A professional, well‑presented, reliable, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of wellness operations and familiarity with booking or spa systems.
• Good command of English and the local language.
• A commitment to high service standards, ethical practices, and a positive guest experience.
