Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Assistant Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong work ethic, ambition, and the desire to grow into a leadership role. Prior supervisory experience is not required—we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and support the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Supervisor in daily operations and team coordination.
- Help monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.
- Report issues or concerns to the Supervisor.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
- Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Previous management / supervisor experience in a sawmill or manufacturing environment required
- Willing to follow OSHA standards and follow safe operating procedures.
- Excellent people skills.
- Computer skills required.
- Read, Write, cumminicate fluently in English.
- Spanish is a plus.
