We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in an industrial environment. The role requires a strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Primary Duties:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in industrial settings.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and machinery
  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial control systems and power distribution systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Secondary Duties:

  • Assist maintenance team with mechanical repairs or troubleshooting when needed.

  • Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment and report potential hazards.

  • Support production staff by providing technical guidance on safe equipment operation.

  • Document work performed, parts used, and update maintenance logs.

  • Assist with the installation or relocation of machinery and equipment.

  • Participate in energy conservation initiatives and suggest efficiency improvements.

  • Provide backup coverage for other maintenance personnel during absences.

  • Assist with lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures for maintenance projects.

  • Support plant shutdowns, startups, and special projects as directed.

  • Maintain clean and organized electrical shops, tool rooms, and work areas.

  • Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and compliance audits.

  • Assist in inventory control of electrical parts and supplies.

  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on system upgrades or modifications.

  • Provide emergency response support for power outages or equipment failures.
