Department Heads
The Bearer is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery and collection of documents, parcels, vehicle parts, and other items. This role supports administrative, finance, human resources, sales, service, and logistics functions by ensuring that internal and external deliveries are completed accurately and professionally while maintaining compliance with road safety regulations.
• 95% to 100% of deliveries and collections completed within required timeframes.
• Accurate and timely completion of banking errands, deposits, and collections with zero discrepancies or delays.
• Zero traffic violations, accidents, or safety breaches.
• Zero incidents involving lost, damaged, or unauthorized disclosure of company documents or confidential information.
• Deliver and collect documents, correspondence, registration documents, licenses, invoices, payments, and parcels from customers, suppliers, financial institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Transport parts, supplies, and small equipment between company locations and external parties as required.
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed within established timelines.
• Maintain accurate delivery and collection records.
• Assist with the distribution of internal mail and documents between departments.
• Deliver confidential documents while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Assist with authorized banking transactions, bill payments, and document submissions.
• Represent the organization professionally when interacting with customers, suppliers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Provide courteous and efficient service during all deliveries and collections.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Ensure the secure handling and transportation of documents, cash, parts, and company property.
• Maintain a valid motorcycle driver's licence and any required permits.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid motorcycle driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of two years' experience in courier, messenger, delivery, or related services.
• Knowledge of road traffic regulations and business locations.
• Experience in a corporate environment is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
