The South Shore YMCA is seeking a Beacon Outreach Coordinator who will play a critical role
in the successful operation of the Beacon Program. The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership,
oversight, and support to outreach and community inclusion efforts. The
Outreach Coordinator will have the skills and personality needed to forge
relationships with youth who are chronically absent or have dropped out of
school and persuade them to engage in Beacon programming and in school.
Key Responsibilities:

standards, expectations, and regulations.

diverse youth and adults.
