Job Description

We are hiring Beach/Pool Attendant on behalf of a respected employer based in Montenegro and Croatia The ideal candidates should be service-oriented, professional, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety and enforce compliance with rules and regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck, lounge chairs, beach areas, and surrounding facilities, including restrooms and showers.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on pool equipment, reporting any issues to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
• Enforce pool and beach area regulations, ensuring guests are wearing proper attire and restricting food or glass containers in designated areas.
• Assist with setting up and organizing poolside and beach events, parties, and activities
• Arrange and adjust lounge chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas for guest convenience.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for towels, seating, or refreshments

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of English is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, seasonal contract with the possibility of extension.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically demanding role requiring long hours of standing, bending, and lifting.
• Outdoor work environment at pools, beaches, or resort facilities.
• One day off per week.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 600 - 800 EUR per month (depending on experience).
• Accommodation provided.
• Daily meals included.
• Transportation provided (at least one-way).
• Work permit assistance available.
