INTRODUCTION TO ROLE:
Get a great tan this summer by operating a Beach Stand.  Assist guests with setting up beach chairs and umbrellas for a perfect beach day.  You must be outgoing, energetic, and have a terrific attitude.  You must enjoy working outdoors for long periods of time. You will collect, maintain, organize, and clean beach stand equipment (beach chairs and umbrellas).  Flexible schedule

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

• Pool Equipment:
◦ Organize and clean beach stand equipment
◦ Set up beach equipment
◦ Collect and maintain chairs and umbrellas
• Guest Services:
◦ Greet and check in guests
◦ Operates cash register
◦ Must communicate with patrons professionally and courteously to answer questions, resolve conflicts, and enforce park policies and rules.
◦ Assist guests as needed.
• Teamwork:
◦ Ensures the property is clean, orderly, well-manicured, and guest-ready always.
◦ Performs other duties as assigned.
◦ Provides regular and reliable attendance.
• Safety Guidelines:
◦ Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of company-related practices.
WHAT YOU BRING:
• Friendly, outgoing, energetic; has a terrific attitude (required)
• Safety-minded and focused (required)
• Cashier experience (preferred)
• Customer Service experience (preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests of all ages
• Attention to detail
• All-Hands-On-Deck mindset!
WHAT IT TAKES (PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS):
• Movement:
◦ You must enjoy working outdoors for long periods of time.
• Communicate:
◦ You are required to talk, listen, and communicate with guests
• Ability to lift:
◦ Must be able to lift and carry chairs and install umbrellas.
◦ Must frequently lift, and/or move 25-50 pounds
• Vision:
◦ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
