The Chedi Luštica Bay is the first of seven hotels within the beautiful Luštica Bay. Set on the front line of the marina, it provides a unique experience of waterfront living. A luxurious refuge within easy reach of the main marina lends to the town’s superb dining experiences, lounges, conference facilities, a private beach and pool. The Chedi opened its doors in July 2018. The Chedi Team is fully committed to providing a unique and memorable guest experience. Beach Lifeguard

Reporting to: Restaurant & Beach Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Providing life safety services
• Monitoring activity on the beach
• Maintaining constant surveillance of clients and team on the beach; acts immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of clients and team in the event of the emergency
• Providing emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical
• Assisting colleagues in removing and setting up beach inventory
• Responding to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
• Completing accurate reports and paperwork including incident and medical reports
• Providing assistance, direction and information to guests and colleagues
  Providing engaging and pleasant image and communication with guests
• Other duties as assigned, as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Valid 2026 Lifeguard Licence issued by the Red Cross of Montenegro is mandatory
• Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred
• Good physical shape and condition
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good correspondence in English
• Customer Service oriented
• Ability to take quick action to resolve emergency requests and situations
