Brief Job Description

The Club at Mediterra, a multiple award-winning private club located in Naples, Florida has an opening for Part-Time Servers to join our dynamic team at our Beach Club location in Bonita Springs.

Servers are responsible for providing food and beverage service in the restaurant and on the beach to members and guests with a focus on excellence, consistency, and the member/guest experience. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of member and guest service with a focus on total customer satisfaction. Maintaining professional decorum in all interactions with membership is essential.

The Person We Are Looking for Will

• Greeting members and guests
• Providing wine and beverage service
• Taking and serving orders, including answering questions pertaining to the menu
• Relaying any special dietary restrictions and special requests
• Proper knowledge and execution of Steps of Service
• Working in collaboration with other teammates to deliver members/guests expectations
• Maintaining a clean, organized dining room and workstations
• Performing opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership
• Attending pre-meal meetings as requested by leadership

What We Would Like You to Have

• Three (3) months of previous experience working in a private club or high-end dining establishment required
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and/or carry 20 pounds
• Available to work a flexible schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and/or holidays
• Excellent customer service skills
• Friendly, outgoing disposition
• Attention to detail
• This position will primarily work 10-25 hours per week. However, based on required service levels, the hours are subject to change.
