Be part of shaping the future of Logistics Operations at Danish Crown
Danish Crown is reshaping its global logistics setup to create a unified, future‑ready organization. Join us as Head of BU Logistics Operations and play a key role in strengthening service, boosting performance, and driving smarter, standardized ways of working across the value chain.
Danish Crown is entering an exciting transformation of our global logistics setup — a shift designed to strengthen our service delivery, unlock efficiencies across our value chain, and move from a conglomerate structure to a unified Group approach.
Our new logistics direction will ensure we act as one global function, deliver lean and scalable logistics, improve service reliability, and contribute to achieving year‑on‑year value through smarter ways of working.
As we build a future‑ready global logistics organisation, we are now looking for a Head of BU Logistics Operations who wants to play a key role in this transformation — someone motivated by leading change, lifting operational performance, and enabling a standardised, customer‑focused, and data‑driven logistics function.
Lead, Transform, and Elevate Logistics Execution Across the BU

You will bring the global operating model to life in your BU by executing standardization initiatives, implementing new ways of working, and ensuring alignment with group processes and KPI frameworks. You will also provide structured feedback to Group Logistics to help refine standards and shape future improvements.

Just like the crops in the fields continuously change, Danish Crown tirelessly refine and improve how we work, from farm to fork, to ensure good, safe food for people around the world to enjoy. Our history goes back to 1887 and the Danish cooperative movement, and responsibility towards society, our employees and our owners, the farmers, is quite simply in our genes.
As a global leader in meat production, we have big obligations; not just to deliver, but to explore new opportunities. We still have a long way to go and face many challenges. But we remain committed to improving how food is produced - with respect for animals, people and the environment. In this quest, we are prepared to challenge ourselves, the industry and the market.
This journey is not ours alone, but we promise to be the leaders of change.
