KalSoft is looking fora Sales Intern who would progress from training to potentially a full-time permanent employment role.

Location: Karachi
Internship Type: Paid Internship

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client interactions professionally and provide accurate information regarding company services and solutions.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication to convert prospects into customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely response to client requirements and inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support business development efforts.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and business development activities.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and client engagements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Graduation completed.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Basic understanding of IT Services and technology solutions will be considered an advantage.
