An early-stage AI security startup in San Francisco helps enterprise security and risk teams understand everything their AI agents depend on: vendors, models, plugins and connectors. Its clients include major US names in insurance, finance, healthcare and law. Outbound is already proven: the first BDR booked more than 200 meetings in five months, and one cold call to a very large enterprise turned into a signed deal within three weeks. You'll take that approach into markets nobody has worked yet.

They're hiring 2 BDRs.

What you'll own

• Booking qualified meetings for the account executive and a founder
• Opening up new verticals that have barely been touched
• Your own mix of channels: cold calls, email, LinkedIn, whatever works
• One number that counts: meetings booked. No dial quotas, no prescribed scripts

Must-haves

• An exceptional work ethic, and you're comfortable hearing "no" many times a day
• Self-directed: you don't need tight structure or activity targets to perform
• Results you can show, or a strong competitive track record if you're just starting out
• Working from the San Francisco office, 9-9-6
• Authorised to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Bonus points

• About a year as a BDR or SDR, with meetings booked and quota beaten
• Competitive sport, sales contests or a venture of your own
• Experience with buyers in insurance, finance or healthcare
