Job Description

HRSI is looking for BDO for one of its leading client.

Requirements

  • Corporate Acquisition: Identify and pitch turnkey corporate daycare solutions to corporate clients.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Lead end-to-end deal closure, contract negotiations, and agreement renewals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the key operational link between corporate partners and Ubuntu Care management.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and potential expansion opportunities.
  • Strategy Execution (Deputy Managers): Oversee pipeline management, performance targets, and pitch presentations.

BDO: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate alliance management, or business development.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
