Cactus Imaging (part of oOh! media) is the leading Grand Format printing company in Australia and is internationally recognised as one of the world’s leading digital printers.

Boasting one of the largest Grand Format production capacities in the Australia and the Asia Pacific regions, we are expanding our sales team and require a result driven BDM/ Sales Representative to join the team, who thrives on ownership, momentum, and results to drive sustainable growth across new and existing clients.

In this role, you will not only take ownership and have the momentum to succeed, but also attribute to new business through building win-win partnerships and be able to maintain relationships that lead into sales of the full Cactus products and services on offer.

You will in this role , but not limited to;

• Lead all aspects of the sales process, calling upon clients to assist in solution development, spec’ing, quoting and data entry as needed or as directed by management.
• Develop customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading
• joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs and priorities.
• Liaise with internal Customer Services department, installers, and media companies to ensure accurate finishing information, that is given witheach job
• Represent Cactus Imaging and perform duties in a professional manner
• Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches to customers which addresses their vision

About you

• Experience developing and delivering targeted sales and growth strategies in the printing industry
• Commercial acumen with an eye for pricing, margin, and profitability
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years’ experience within the signage, print or marketing industries.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
• A solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Confidence building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A team-first attitude with a great sense of humor
• A genuine can-do attitude
