Business Development - HPE (Hybrid Role)

  • Manages pre-sale and/or post-sale technical support activities including assessment of how company products meet customer needs and the preparation of product specifications for development and installation of customized applications/solutions.

  • Provide technical presales support for HPE infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and hybrid infrastructure

  • Design and recommend enterprise networking architectures including switching, wireless, security, and network management solutions

  • Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, workshops and so on

  • Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, and bill of materials (BOM)

  • Works with marketing and product managers to define new products and may provide insight from the field back to these groups.

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop business opportunities and drive project success

  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent.

  • Required at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Pre-Sales, System Engineer, Network Engineer or related roles.

  • Experience with HPE HIT, Aruba or related

  • Experience in solutions design, customer presentations, and technical consulting

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and data center technologies

  • Be able to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to collaborate closely with Go-To-Market teams from technical aspects to ensure deal closure successfully and increase the business revenues.

  • Fast learner, proactive, positive mindset and attitude, and as well as to play as an effective team player.

  • Good command of English communication

  • Professional certifications are an advantage
