Key Accountabilities
1. Business Development & Growth Delivery
Lead the end-to-end execution of new product developments (NPDs) and sourcing projects.
Translate regional/category strategy into site execution roadmaps.
Own Innovation & Initiative Management (IIM/I2M) governance for plant projects.
Support portfolio expansion, new market sourcing, and vertical start-ups.
Represent manufacturing in cross-regional commercial and category forums.
2. CAPEX & Engineering Governance
Own annual CAPEX planning and long-term infrastructure roadmap.
Lead capital projects from feasibility to commissioning and vertical start-up.
Prepare capital appropriation requests (CARs) and financial justifications.
Ensure projects deliver on scope, timing, cost, and performance guarantees.
Manage automation and digitalization programs aligned with Factory of the Future.
3. Productivity & Cost Leadership
Drive Conversion and Non-Conversion productivity programs.
Lead RM/PM cost optimization workshops with cross-functional teams.
Optimize Internal Billing Rates (IBRs) and plant cost structures.
Deliver savings aligned with Annual Contract (AC) commitments.
Conduct financial evaluations, simulations, and risk assessments for major initiatives.
4. Capacity & Asset Optimization
Evaluate and upgrade plant capacities to support growth agenda.
Lead debottlenecking initiatives and line extensions.
Implement lean manufacturing and IL6S loss elimination principles.
Ensure compliance with World Class Manufacturing standards.
5. Financial & Strategic Planning
Build and manage BD&E annual budget.
Support site P&L through strong financial governance of projects.
Conduct scenario analysis and business case modeling.
Align site masterplan with 3–5 year growth strategy.
6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and mentor engineers and project teams.
Act as key liaison between plant and regional BD/Engineering leadership.
Facilitate stage-gate approvals and senior leadership reviews.
Drive high-performance culture and capability building within the team.

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
PMP Certification preferred.
Job specific requirements:
3–5 years of experience in CAPEX Project Management.
Experience with NPD and innovation management processes.
