Blaise Alexander Business Development Center located in Downtown Williamsport, PA is looking for Customer Care Specialists to join our growing team!
Training Pay!  We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees.
- $15.63/hr for the Sales Department (Opportunities available to make more after 90 days!)
- $15.00/hr for the Service Department (Opportunities available to make more after 2 weeks!)
Work Schedule:  Flexible, with availability needed for some evenings and weekends as required by dealership departments
A Day in the Life of a BDC Representative (but not limited to):
- Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries
- Use precise scripts provided by the dealership when responding to customer inquiries to satisfy the dealership and manufacturer goals
- Project a warm and helpful approach while answering queries and providing general or related vehicle sales or service information
- Schedule sales or service appointments for the dealerships
- Collect and track all customer information as directed and record it appropriately into the BDC database
- Maintain and communicate to our customers a high level of product and inventory expertise

Qualifications
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Clean criminal background record
- Upbeat, positive, “smile” while you dial
- Ability to be self-motivated
- Ability to manage heavy phone contact
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional walking or standing when assisting customers at the dealership.
