As BDC Sales Professional, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing communications with potential customers, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential and previous customers. You are to model behaviors and a culture for success including integrity, respect, drive, community, fun and pride without ego, with self-confidence, and creativity.
Job Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Follow the sales pledge and process with all guests.
Utilizes CRM to maximize sales opportunities and record accurate guest information.
Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects into the dealership.
Contact all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
Attends product and sales training courses or demonstrations as requested by sales manager.
Keeps up to date on new vehicle products and services within the automotive industry.
Always conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Attends sales meetings.
Maintains professional appearance.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and automotive retail industry. Participate in process and policy discussions of the company to continually adapt to the changing market.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations (i.e. OSHA Right-to-Know), and standards to maintain the legality and business integrity of Dealership.
Review inventory daily to ensure proper knowledge of available retail vehicles.
Supports that the work areas and guest areas are kept clean.
Maintain safe work environment.
Other tasks as assigned.
