Pepe Auto Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to assist in managing both the Service and Sales BDC Departments. If you are an experienced BDC Manager with a proven track record...We want to talk to you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for leading and continuously training your team
• Ensure that department metrics and goals are met in relation to appointments set, shown and sold for all lead sources as assigned
• Be proficient in dealing with customers via telephone email and text
• Effectively utilize CRM, Equity Mining and Lead Management tools
• Be knowledgeable about sales/service process, business philosophy, and products
• Hiring, evaluating, managing, counseling, terminating and disciplining of all BDC personnel
• Manage employee schedules and time clock reporting

• Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Prior Automotive BDC Management is required preferably in a high line dealership, as well as experience leading high performing teams.
