As a BDC Associate you will:

• monitor and contact internet leads
• work directly with customers to help determine their automotive needs
• schedule customer appointments to meet with a sales associate to complete the buying process
• follow up and maintain relationships with former customers
• work in a team environment
• complete daily tasks in a timely manner

• Prior customer service experience
• Prior BDC experience a plus
• good verbal and written communication skills
• basic computer skills
• positive attitude
• dependable
• valid driver’s license
