BDC REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries
• Schedule sales and service appointments
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text
• Manage leads and communication within CRM systems

BDC REPRESENTATIVE SKILLS

Skills include customer service, communication, phone handling, inbound and outbound calls, appointment setting, lead management, CRM systems, customer follow-up, and sales support. Experience working as a BDC representative, internet sales coordinator, customer service representative, call center agent, or appointment setter in a dealership or automotive environment is highly valued.

Strong ability to manage internet leads, handle objections, schedule appointments, and maintain consistent communication with customers.
