BDC Representative Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• include taking inbound calls
• making outbound calls, sending texts and emails to service customers.
• setting appointments, confirming appointments

Requirements

Qualifications

• Auto BDC experience required
• Self-Starter and highly motivated individual
• Must have excellent phone skills and great customer service skills. Previous experience in a sales position preferred.
• Must have a high level of professionalism and great phone manners. Experience preferred. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
