• Miller Dedicated Services - Supports customers in outsourcing their transportation needs by providing vehicles, drivers, fuel, insurance, and overall industry expertise.
• Miller Brokerage Services - Provides on-demand capacity solutions through our network of reliable carriers.

Miller Ford Lincoln Subaru is a family-owned and operated business tending to the automotive needs of our friends and neighbors since 1912. We are currently recruiting for a BDC Representative for our growing Internet Sales and Marketing Department in Lumberton, NJ. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and be self-motivated.

Requirements

You Will:

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Provide a first point of contact to all incoming sales leads.
• Market to prospective and previous customers via e-mail text and phone.
• Prepare for and schedule sales appointments.
• Build and maintain client relationships though our CRM system.

You Have:

• Ability to Work:
• Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM; Friday from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM; 1 Saturday Per Month
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education.
• Strong social skills with customer service experience.
• Previous phone sales or CRM experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Team-oriented with a career mindset.
