BDC Representatives – Join Team Automotive!
Team Automotive is looking for a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team! If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy talking with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Respond promptly to inbound sales and service inquiries
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Maintain consistent communication through phone, text, and email
- Build relationships that create an outstanding customer experience
- Work closely with our sales and service teams to maximize opportunities
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM
Schedule Requirements:
Must be available to work alternating shifts of 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20.00 per hour plus uncapped commission

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:
- Previous automotive BDC experience required
- Experience working in a remote or centralized BDC is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple dealership locations and managing customer communication across multiple channels (phone, text, email, and CRM) is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
