Business at Sterling BMW is better than ever, and we need an additional Service BDC Representative for our Service Department to help us keep up with increasing demand to fulfill our customers’ needs. In this vital role, you will communicate with our Service Customers to make sure that their vehicles are scheduled for maintenance. As a Business Development Representative for our Service Department, you will be an important point of contact and an integral part in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
What will you be doing?
Answering inbound phone calls, and tend to customer needs
Scheduling and setting appointments for Service
Reaching out to customers whose vehicles are due for service
Follow up with via phone, email, and text
General administrative duties, as assigned
Maintain outstanding phone etiquette
Provide a best-in-class customer experience
