We are especially seeking candidates with proven automotive BDC leadership experience who are passionate about increasing appointment show rates, and maximizing service opportunities.
BDC Manager Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming service leads from phone, internet, and third-party sources.
- Monitor daily performance metrics including response times, appointment set rates, show rates, and sold ratios.
- Develop and implement effective outbound call campaigns and follow-up strategies.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first mindset.
- Collaborate closely with the service managers.
BDC Manager Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly

QualificationsBDC Manager

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an automotive Business Development Center (BDC), with prior leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of dealership CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to track, analyze, and improve performance metrics such as response times, appointment set rates, show rates, and closing ratios.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

In 2003, Ryan Gee became President and CEO, building on his parents' legacy by expanding the company to include Buick, Porsche of Spokane, Kia in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and Cadillac in Coeur d'Alene. Ryan focused on cultivating talent within the organization, bringing on skilled managers such as Jeff Jackson, who became president in 2010 while Ryan remained as CEO and Dealer Principal.

Under Ryan's leadership, the company now operates 40 dealerships, including the recent additions of Honda World and Olympia Kia Subaru. Additionally, it manages a parts wholesale business, an automotive retail financing arm, an automotive wholesale operation, an off-site sale company, and two Allstate insurance agencies, employing over 2,500 team members focused on exceptional customer service across the Northwest.
