BDC MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and lead the automotive BDC team and daily operations
• Oversee inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and appointment setting
• Monitor lead response times, conversion rates, and appointment performance
• Coach, train, and develop BDC representatives and internet sales staff
• Ensure CRM processes are followed and maintained accurately

• Experience with CRM systems and dealership lead management
• Ability to manage high-volume operations and meet performance goals

BDC MANAGER SKILLS

Strong skills in BDC management, internet lead management, customer communication, team leadership, and performance tracking. Experience managing inbound and outbound call teams, appointment setting, and CRM systems within a dealership environment.

Expertise in driving conversion rates, improving response times, increasing appointment show rates, and supporting dealership sales growth. Ability to coach and develop staff, manage KPIs, and ensure consistent follow-up and customer engagement.
