You willbe responsiblefor scheduling customer appointments for service and calling customers to confirm their service and appointment reminders
Here’s WhatYou’llbe Doing:
Answer phone calls and schedule customer appointments.
Discuss details of requested service with customers (i.e. What is involved, length of timerequired).
Telephone and email customers to remind them of upcoming appointments.
Communicate customer feedback to service advisor or service manager.
Control incoming customer traffic by assigning customers to service advisors.
Performs other duties as required by the ServiceManager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsin order toresolve customer issues.

Pay: Starting at $38,500 - $50,000 based on experience, skills, and qualifications, with an opportunity to earn bonus as well.
