BDC Representative

$15/Hour + Commission | Unlimited Earning Potential

Are you an experienced automotive BDC or Internet Sales professional ready to accelerate your career?

Buick GMC of North Miami, proudly part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is looking for driven, energetic, and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives to help fuel our continued growth.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to convert leads into appointments, and understand the importance of delivering a Professional Grade customer experience — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Respond promptly to internet leads via phone, email, and CRM
  • Ask the right questions to understand customer needs
  • Set and confirm quality appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up consistently to maximize showroom traffic
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact

What We’re Looking For:

  • Dealership experience required (Automotive BDC/Internet Sales only)
  • Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle heavy call volume with professionalism
  • Persuasive with a natural knack for sales
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRM systems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
