
Identify new opportunities, build relationships, negotiate and win new business.
Main Accountabilities
1. Analyze market positions, competitors' database, and trends. Assist in defining long-term objectives and development plans.
2. Execute development plans and identify new opportunities. Build contacts with customers, networks, and government agencies. Develop marketing activities and materials.
3. Understand customer needs and develop technical and commercial solutions. Facilitate decision-making process and prepare project proposals. Lead negotiations and reach contractual agreements. Provide support during project execution.
4. Manage relationships with strategic/key customers. Stay updated on customer situations and improve customer experience.
5. Support Account Manager in sustaining partnerships. Resolve issues and disputes through negotiation. Ensure contract follow-up and defend AL's customer base.

1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related.
2. 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
