Lead marketing, communication, enablement, and adoption for:
AI Global Workflow Platform Product & Service
Citizen Development program (customers build apps themselves under governance)
Act as the bridge:
Product & Engineering ↔ Stakeholders ↔ End Users
Key Responsibilities
1) Product Marketing & Storytelling
Own messaging, positioning, and internal branding
Translate AI, automation, and workflow into clear business value
Deliver high-quality assets: executive decks, guides, demos, newsletters, launch materials
Build persona-based content (Executives, Process Owners, IT, Citizen Developers, Users)
2) Adoption & Change Enablement
Drive adoption: awareness → activation → habit
Lead migration enablement, training, UAT support, adoption programs
Capture feedback and improve messaging and rollout effectiveness
3) Citizen Development (Governance + Enablement) - Critical Scope
Position Citizen Development as strategic, governed capability (not shadow IT)
Communicate clearly:
Who builds / what / how / governance rules
Build scalable enablement: onboarding kits, playbooks, templates, training programs
Run adoption programs (webinars, clinics, champion network)
Clearly communicate the dual model:
Service delivery vs self-service (with governance)
4) Stakeholder Engagement
Engage 1,000+ stakeholders globally
Create executive-ready communications and updates
Support roadshows, councils, and transformation initiatives
Ensure consistent, proactive communication across regions
5) Community & Events
Run webinars, workshops, campaigns, product showcases
Build champion network and user communities
Drive continuous engagement and advocacy
6) Measurement & Optimization
Define KPIs (adoption, engagement, satisfaction)

7) AI Communication
Position the platform as a practical AI product

8) Corporate Communication Excellence (Required)
Deliver executive-grade, structured, credible communication
Follow corporate standards (branding, tone, compliance)
Ensure consistency across regions and channels
Balance AI excitement with trust and realism
7+ years in Product Marketing / Platform Adoption & Enablement / Enterprise Communication
Strong storytelling + executive communication skills
Proven ability to drive governed adoption programs (e.g. citizen development, SaaS rollout)
Ability to simplify complexity into actionable messaging
Strong stakeholder management in global environments
High ownership and execution discipline
Fluent English (global collaboration)
