We are looking for a Senior Product Business Analyst who combines product thinking, business analysis capability, customer-centric mindset, and execution excellence to help shape scalable enterprise solutions. This role goes beyond traditional requirement documentation — you will help drive product direction, execution, and real business impact.

What You Will Do

Product Analysis & Delivery

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate product vision into execution-ready requirements
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow/process designs
  • Manage backlog quality, prioritization, and requirement clarity
  • Ensure requirements are scalable, testable, and outcome-focused

Product Discovery & Improvement

  • Analyze existing platform features, workflows, usage data, and user behaviors
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, improve, optimize, or retire legacy workflows
  • Support design thinking workshops and product discovery activities
  • Translate business insights into next-generation product capabilities

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with global stakeholders to understand business needs, user pain points, and operational challenges
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, UX/UI, and Operations teams across delivery lifecycle
  • Facilitate requirement reviews, validation sessions, and UAT activities

Technical & AI Product Collaboration

  • Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, and workflow automation
  • Support AI-driven workflow initiatives including intelligent automation, AI-assisted workflows, and GenAI-enabled user experiences
  • Contribute to scalable, secure, and maintainable product design

Qualifications

Experience & Product Mindset

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or product-focused roles
  • Strong experience with enterprise platforms, workflow/process automation, and complex system design
  • Proven ability to work in large-scale, global product environments
  • Product-oriented mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear, scalable solutions
  • Strong analytical thinking, execution discipline, and customer-centric approach
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented

Technical & AI Readiness

  • Good understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications
  • Experience with Low-Code / No-Code platforms is a strong advantage
  • Exposure to AI/ML or strong interest in AI-driven product transformation
  • Comfortable working in AI-assisted product delivery environments

Collaboration & Communication

  • Excellent communication in both English & Vietnamese, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
  • Proven experience working in global, cross-functional teams
  • Strong alignment, collaboration, and storytelling capability
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments with high ownership

Nice to Have

  • Experience with workflow or approval platforms
  • Exposure to large-scale platform migration initiatives
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, or Scrum methodologies
