Drive Enterprise Workflow Transformation at Global Scale

Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization to help modernize enterprise workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide.

We are looking for a Senior IT Consultant who combines strong business analysis capability, strategic consulting mindset, stakeholder management, and execution excellence to support enterprise workflow transformation and digital modernization initiatives. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders to analyze complex systems, drive migration initiatives, improve operational processes, and deliver scalable IT solutions aligned with business goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Workflow Modernization
    • Analyze enterprise workflow platforms, business processes, and system requirements
    • Gather, document, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories
    • Support modernization and migration initiatives from legacy systems to next-generation platforms
    • Identify process gaps, optimization opportunities, and operational improvements
  • Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a bridge between Business, Product, and Engineering teams
    • Manage stakeholder communication, expectation alignment, and requirement clarification
    • Support workshops, discussions, and cross-functional coordination activities
    • Collaborate with multinational teams in Agile development environments
  • Data-Driven Insights & Operational Support
    • Support business reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking initiatives
    • Analyze business and operational data to support decision-making and process improvement
    • Contribute to strategic planning, migration tracking, and operational visibility
  • Agile Delivery & Change Management
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
    • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and release readiness activities
    • Prepare training materials, user documentation, and change enablement support
    • Help drive adoption of new systems, workflows, and operational processes
  • Process Governance & Continuous Improvement
    • Track functional and non-functional work items across project lifecycle
    • Contribute to process standardization, operational governance, and quality improvements
    • Support stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields
  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or Enterprise Solution environments
  • Experience working on enterprise workflow systems, migration projects, or internal IT solutions
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process analysis capability
  • Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting Agile delivery
  • Good understanding of SDLC, enterprise systems, and business process optimization
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with multinational or global teams
  • Good English communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms
  • Exposure to workflow automation or Low-Code / No-Code platforms
  • Experience supporting change management or digital transformation initiatives
  • Agile, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related certifications
  • Experience handling multiple projects or cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
