The Business Development and Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth for Drydens Law by combining strategic business development, client relationship support, and integrated marketing delivery.
Working closely with the Commercial Director, senior leadership, fee earners, and the Client Relationship Management (CRM) team, this role will lead initiatives to win new instructions, retain and grow existing client relationships, and strengthen the firm’s market positioning within the lender, debt purchaser, and commercial recoveries sectors.
This is a commercially focused role suited to an experienced professional with a strong understanding of B2B marketing, relationship-led business development, and professional services environments.
