职位描述

- Find potential influencers & agencies who will be partners on the platform, develop relationships, find new idol
- Independently responsible for agencies, developing strategies to grow and retain idols/agencies and foster strong relationships with them
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to promote the application, events, users to support Idols and agencies
- Monitor, analyze and optimize the performance, quantity, quality and revenue growth of the application.
- Be a positive contributor to the team and organization

职位要求

Fluent English is mandatory required
Strong communication skills – phone, email, text message, and in person
Strong ability to solve urgent problems quickly and flexibly
A strong social media presence and knowledge
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different personality types of people
Hyper-organized and self-motivated
Experience in social networking is a plus
