Roles and Responsibilities:

1、 通过市场调研和分析，有目标的开发客户、开拓渠道及有能力/有资源的合作伙伴，确定目标客户、渠道、合作伙伴的并评估合作的可行性；

2、定期拜访行业客户及设计院，了解行业动态和行业需求；

3、理解和掌握客户的个性化需求，通过为客户提供合适的产品资料、成套方案、技术支持等服务，获得有价值订单。

1. 及时获取客户年采招标信息，获得公司允许后代表公司参加投标，并跟踪投标结果，中标后的单独项目报价，以及电子订单或合同的整理、追踪和执行。
2. 获得客户订单后，沟通了解客户具体需求，下达订单到追踪发货、安装进度，确保项目的按时、高品质的交付，确保项目合同的执行落地。
3. 巩固现有的重点客户，定期的拜访相关人员、回访设备的使用情况，积极响应客户提出的新需求和新方案，整合公司内外部资源，提供客户满意的答复和解决措施，客户维持好的良好的合作关系。
4. 以市场需求为导向，向公司反馈用户需求信息及市场中产品存在的问题，提出有竞争力的产品配套方案，为公司制定正确的营销策略提供有价值的行业信息。
5. 定期总结工作中遇到的问题，按照要求提交相关的管理报告，完成部门领导交代的其他工作。
6. 确保商业活动符合法律和伦理的要求，遵守商业道德。

Requirements & Qualifications

1、本科以上学历，专业不限，5 年以上特定行业的项目销售经验；

2、有敏锐的市场洞察能力，善于开发、挖掘各种客户资源；

3、具备一定的行业资源、项目销售、渠道管理能力，有较强的语言能力与沟通技巧，对市场的反应能力快，对消防行业有一定的了解可加分

4、有较强的逻辑思维能力与适应能力，具备专业销售技能，能配合区域客户重点项目投标、合同签订等工作；
