• General Description

Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

• Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business development strategy for the Building & Infrastructure segment in Vietnam (Opex services)

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to RFPs and tenders

• Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Lead a team of sales and proposal professionals to achieve revenue and profitability targets

• Collaborate with technical experts to develop innovative service offerings

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas

• Represent BV Vietnam at industry events and conferences

Job Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction/infrastructure sector and or Faciliy Management and/ from technical team of hospitality companies, developers of commercial buildings…
• Strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Technical understanding of building and infrastructure services
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
