In this Role, you’ll get to- Proactively follow up with potential suppliers to expedite contract signing and onboarding.
- Draft approval emails, prepare contracts, and track internal review processes to resolve bottlenecks.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely submission of required documents (e.g., bulk purchase policies, product details).
- Ensure direct-signed suppliers submit product sheets and complete pre-upload reviews.
- Assist the BD team in submitting promotional campaigns and ensure compliance with platform requirements for successful execution.
- Address operational issues reported by customer service and collaborate with suppliers to coordinate effective solutions.
- Monitor competitor pricing and other KPIs to identify and mitigate competitive gaps.
- Track Meta ranking metrics and implement corrective actions for underperforming listings.
What you'll Need to Succeed- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken); Chinese proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in tourism, e-commerce, or contract management preferred
