岗位职责： 1.达人拓展：负责为抖快渠道拓展高潜直播带货达人，建立长期合作关系,为渠道提供稳定的销售端口 2.达人维护：建立品牌达人池并保持密切联系，及时沟通需求与合作方案 3.活动策划：负责为抖快渠道制定达人直播策略与直播活动策划 4.数据分析：关注行业动态和竞品投放信息，及时更新、分析、复盘达人的数据表现并形成报告 5.项目执行：负责直播达人相关项目的执行落地，确保项目进度和质量 6.平台合作：与其他部门沟通协作，共同推动达人业务的发展 7.货盘管理：建立达播货盘管理机制，确保直播营收符合渠道要求
职位要求
岗位要求： 1.本科及以上学历； 2.积极上进，有责任心，有助播经验优先； 3.1-3年工作经验，做过高客单美容、数码3C者优先。
