Job Description

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for Boston's residents by partnering with various organizations to offer a diverse range of comprehensive programs and activities that cater to the needs and interests of each neighborhood.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

BCYF Roche Summer Program Overview: - Provide a safe, fun environment for all program participants. - Offer a variety of engaging activities, including: - Art and creative projects - Sports and recreational activities - Team-building exercises - Educational workshops and games - Encourage social development and teamwork among participants. - Ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all youth involved.

- Creative: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative ideas for engaging activities. Capable of fostering a fun and stimulating environment that encourages participation and creativity. - Energetic: Bringing enthusiasm and vitality to the role, engaging with participants actively. Able to maintain a high level of energy throughout the day to keep the program exciting and motivating for all involved. - Caring: Demonstrates genuine concern for the well-being of all participants, offering support and empathy as needed. Understands the importance of creating a safe and welcoming environment where individuals feel valued and respected. - Organized: Skilled in managing time, resources, and activities efficiently. Able to keep track of multiple tasks, ensure that all logistics run smoothly, and maintain a structured environment for both staff and participants.
