Job Description

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for Boston's residents by partnering with various organizations to offer a wide range of comprehensive programs and activities tailored to the needs and interests of each neighborhood.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Description: - Courteous and Approachable: Greets all program participants with respect and friendliness, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. - Effective Communicator: Utilizes walkie-talkies to relay questions, messages, and concerns to the appropriate staff members in a timely and clear manner. - Responsible Supervisor: Monitors program spaces to ensure members are using equipment appropriately and that the center remains a safe and respectful environment. - Collaborative Team Player: Works with center staff to implement and assist in the development of programming, contributing ideas and actively participating in the execution of activities for members. - Proactive and Observant: Conducts hallway checks to ensure youth members are in supervised spaces, maintaining a safe environment and preventing unsupervised activities. - Flexible and Supportive: Willing to assist in other areas and duties as required, demonstrating a flexible approach to meet the needs of the program and staff.
