DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a BCT Specialist EMEA, located in Poland, Warsaw.

This role plays a criticalpartin enabling the effective delivery of compliance within EMEA. As a Business Compliance Specialist, you will provide guidance,reviewand approvalsofbusiness activities, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with Health Care Compliance (HCC) requirements. Acting as a trusted partner, you will support HCP engagements, contracting, payments and compliance processes by delivering practical guidance,approvalsand solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key contact for event compliance, contracts, and payments;maintainauditable records for all process stages

  • Review,validateand approve business requests (e.g.HCP interactions, sponsorships, educational grants)

  • Prepare, draft, review andvalidatecontracts using approved templates,systemsand processes

  • Ensure all activities are fully compliant, withappropriate documentationand approvals in place prior to execution

  • Support oversight and integrity of transparency reporting activities, ensuring accuracy,completenessandtimelydelivery

  • Deliver training and coaching to the business on compliance processes and regulatory expectations

  • Support HCP/GO travel and accommodation processes, in line with company policy and local requirements, where applicable andin accordance withthe agreed operating model

  • Support PO creation, paymentprocessingand related documentation to enableaccurateandtimelypayments, where applicable andin accordance withthe agreed operating model

  • Participate in business discussions to provide Business Complianceexpertiseand execution of business activities

  • Communicate clearly across a diverse and geographically distributed stakeholder group

  • Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders andprovidetimelyguidance on compliance processes and requirements.

  • Support onboarding of new team members

  • Report and escalate issuesas appropriate,to the Senior Specialist and in line with team governance and escalation pathways

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g.Business, LifeSciencesor related field), or equivalent professional experience

Experience and Skills – Required

  • Experience in compliance, contracting, or a regulated environment

  • Demonstrated ability toprovidecompliance guidance and approvals

  • Strong IT andorganisationalskills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicts constructively

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Able to work independently,proactiveand flexible

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to audit-quality standards

Experience and Skills – Preferred

  • 2-3 years’ Health Care industry experience

  • Experience in customer service, stakeholdersupportor a customer-facing role

  • Educated to Higher Education, or equivalent caliber – desirable

Other

  • Fluent in English

  • Additional European languages are an advantage

  • Limited travel within EMEA may berequired

  • Compliance or legal certifications are beneficial but notrequired

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

zł121,000.00 - zł194,350.00
