What are you going to do
Overall, the BCM Coordinator for NN Group will, from within a small team of BCM professionals at NN Group, develop and implement effective business continuity management and minimizing disruptions to NN business operations during a crisis or disaster. For this the BCM Team at NN Group coordinates and supports BCM efforts throughout NN to increase overall resilience of the organization and adherence to (legal) requirements.
As a BC expert, the role acts as a trusted advisor—providing both requested and unsolicited advice—to senior management and Board members on organisational resilience, risk, and recovery strategies. The coordinator proactively identifies vulnerabilities, challenges assumptions, and drives continuous improvement of the resilience of the organisation.
As BCM Coordinator you will, from within NN’s BC Guild, work with a global network of BCM professionals from business units and corporate staff departments. You will actively collaborate with internal business units, corporate departments, and external stakeholders to ensure a coordinated response to any potential threat or disruption.

Who you will work with
As Senior BCM Coordinator for NN Group you will collaborate with all functional business areas in Business Continuity to develop, maintain and evaluate the corporate-wide BCM program (including BCM roadmap) that addresses business continuity, recovery, crisis, and emergency response management.
During Crisis you will work together with global NN top management, Group Corporate Relations and Communications, assigned Crisis Managers and other external stakeholders.
