What You'll Do

• Play a pivotal role in cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges across various industries and geographics.
• Craft in-depth data analyses using advanced tools and techniques to drive sophisticated hypothesis generation and develop actionable recommendations.
• Drive independent workstreams, contributing to overall project success.
• Participate/conduct interviews with clients, companies in the sector and specialists in the subject under analysis, both inside and outside BCG.
• Thoughtfully communicate insights, steering decisions and overseeing change execution with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to address client challenges.
• Develop and present proposals and ideas to respond to customer needs and issues

What You'll Bring

This role is specifically for students currently studying at a UK university.

• Education background (undergraduate, Master's, PhD, MBA) Degree from Top university in the UK or 2-5 years of strategy, consulting, investment banking or private equity work experience after completing your degree
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local office language(s).
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
• Work authorization to work in either of our Africa offices.
