Deaconess Clinic, a premier multi-specialty group with 400+ providers across 60+ locations, is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join our established and expanding practice in Henderson, Kentucky This is an excellent opportunity to step into a highly supported, collaborative environment where you can truly focus on patient care.
You’ll be joining a strong, established care team that is built to support endocrinology patients comprehensively:
Team of 5 experienced APPs
Team of 4 dedicated pharmacists
Team of 2 Registered Dietitians to enhance patient education and outcomes
Metabolic education sessions for patients
Established physician referral network and strong specialty support
This team-based approach allows you to practice at the top of your license while delivering coordinated, high-quality care.
Guaranteed salary of $325,000 (18-month guarantee)
Productivity bonuses in addition to base salary
$36,000 sign-on bonus
$2,000 fellowship stipend

248 hours (6 weeks) of PTO, including 6 holidays to recharge
